Caribbean Soul Kitchen LA, began with husband & wife duo, Chef RJ & Mercedes in 2020. In our small home kitchen it became ground zero for our now famous house made seasoning & sauces and beverages. We began sharing our food and flavors locally and in 2021 we opened our first brick & mortar. Armed with a couple of pots & skillets an a dream to share Central America’ Flavors and the Culture of Panama. We are the First & Only Panamanian restaurant on the west coast. We offer some of the best Sancocho, seafoods including Pescado, Red Snapper, Patacones, Ceviche, Ensalada, Yuca Frita, Carimonola. We offer Jerk flavors for our Caribbean/Jamaican family we represent.
