With a goal to represent & share Panama, its culture, food and rich history we understood how important it was to open our eatery.
Caribbean Soul Kitchen LA, began with husband & wife duo, Chef RJ & Mercedes in 2020. As the One & Only Panamanian Restaurant on the West Coast we feel proud to represent delicious food & culture.
From “Pop Up’s”, to a small comfort casual eatery. We now live in downtown Long Beach sharing 3000 square feet of restaurant and venue space. We never dreamed to grow so quickly - Our food led the way to some of the best Caribbean, West Indies cuisine around. Fan fav’s include our Empanadas, Ceviche, Snapper/Pescado, Jerk Macaroni and Sancocho.
This journey has taught us to continue showing up, sharing, and giving others something to talk about - our Food.
